marketing coordinator
We are looking for an energetic, experienced, and creative Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team at Zagwear. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing and communications strategies for our leading branded merchandise company. This includes copywriting, website updates, content creation and posting to social, managing email lists, and handling photography and digital assets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Copywriting, blogging and website updates
- Content creation and posting to social, managing to a marketing calendar
- Email marketing
- Supporting events
- Handling photography and digital assets
- Quarterly newsletter oversight
- Creating sales decks and marketing collateral for sales teams to use

REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 1-3 years of agency experience preferred
- Experience with marketing automation platform (HubSpot preferred)
- Background in marketing, communications, and digital content with an editorially mindset
- Expertise in social media platforms
- Project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum Education Requirement: 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- BS degree in Marketing, Journalism, or relevant field
